A Day 1 afternoon session at the President’s Conference of Socitm, the professional network for digital leaders in UK local public services, held in Cardiff on 14 and 15 June 2022 with the theme of service design and transformation. I presented as Tanium’s Chief IT Architect for EMEA with Sam Smith, Assistant Director of IT and Digital Services for Cambridgeshire County and Peterborough City Councils.
With hybrid working the new normal, IT environments are more distributed than ever, and keeping a complete, accurate inventory of every asset with real-time visibility at speed and scale is a continual challenge. The session worked through how IT teams can use the tools they already have to discover endpoints quickly and confidently, get accurate visibility and establish best practice.
